Your photographs are manually uploaded to ChatGPT by Beautilities for AI-assisted image generation.

6. AI Processing and Model Training

Beautilities uses ChatGPT to create the personalised images included in your order.

We aim to configure ChatGPT so that customer photographs and related conversations are not used for model improvement.

OpenAI's handling of uploaded photographs, including storage and retention, is governed by its applicable terms, account settings and legal obligations.

Deleting photographs from Beautilities' records does not necessarily result in immediate deletion from third-party systems.

7. How Long We Keep Your Photographs

We aim to delete original customer photographs and temporary working files under our direct control within 30 days after delivery of your completed order.

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for unresolved support requests, disputes or legal obligations.

Order details and financial records may be retained for longer where required by law.
