At Beautilities, we view skincare through the lens of functional design: form follows function, and timing is everything. Skincare should never sit idle on warehouse shelves degrading over time.

Every Beautilities formula is freshly bottled, freshly prepared, and freshly sent. Rather than pulling pre-made stock from mass inventory, our specialized facility begins formulating, precision-printing, and hand-packing your products only after your order is confirmed.

This fresh-batch approach guarantees three non-negotiables:

Optimal Ingredient Potency: Active components are bottled at peak freshness for maximum efficacy.
Conscious Efficiency: Aerodynamic, made-to-order production that eliminates mass over-manufacturing and cosmetic waste.
Hermetic Integrity: Formulations are sealed and packaged immediately following production under strict environmental controls.

To deliver this level of quality, your total fulfillment timeline combines a dedicated fresh-production phase with streamlined transit.

1. Production & Fulfillment Timelines

Because your order is created on demand, processing occurs in two distinct phases before handoff to our courier partners:

Fresh Batch Production & Bottling: 2 to 4 business days
Quality Verification & Dispatch: 1 business day
Total Processing Time Before Dispatch: 3 to 5 business days

We prioritize absolute precision over rushed manufacturing—ensuring every bottle meets our exact standards before it leaves the floor.

2. Transit Times (Post-Dispatch)

Once your freshly bottled order exits our fulfillment center, estimated transit times by region are as follows:

Note: Transit timeframes are courier estimates and apply after the initial 3 to 5 business day production window. Customs clearance or localized postal delays are outside our direct operational control.

3. Calculated Shipping Rates

To ensure your fresh-batch formulas arrive safely without compromising packaging integrity, shipping charges are calculated strictly by weight and destination.

Transparency at Checkout: Live, real-time shipping rates are calculated and displayed in your cart prior to payment.
Honest Pricing: We do not artificially inflate product prices to hide freight costs. What you see reflects the exact cost of secure, temperature-controlled delivery from our facility to your door.

4. End-to-End Tracking

The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping notification featuring a dedicated tracking link. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real time from our facility to your doorstep.

5. Origin, Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Beautilities products are formulated and hand-packed at our production facility in the European Union.

UK Orders: UK VAT is calculated and included in the price you see at checkout — there is no VAT added on delivery. Orders with a total value over £135 may be subject to UK customs duty, which is the recipient's responsibility. If applicable, the courier will contact you directly by text or email with a payment link before your order is released for delivery. In the rare case a courier requests payment on an order under £135, please contact our team and we'll help you understand the charge.

If customs duties are not paid within the courier's holding period, the order will be returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, the order is treated as non-deliverable and is not eligible for a refund of either the product(s) cost or the shipping cost.

EU Orders: No import duties apply — your order is fulfilled from within the EU.

US Orders: Beautilities products sold to US customers are fulfilled domestically from our US production facility and are not subject to import duty. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Rest of World: Shipments outside the UK, EU, and US may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
