Made-to-Order & Formulations: We pride ourselves on product fresh-batch quality. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Modifications & Discontinuation: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

4. Billing, Pricing & Account Information

Order Errors & Corrections: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping & Delivery: Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Beautilities pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds: Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our official Return & Shipping Policy. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@beautilities.co if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

All content included on or available through the Services—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, product designations, and software—is the exclusive property of Beautilities or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.
